Can't reset password

Hi, sorry if it is the wrong section n stuff but I been in trouble to reset my password these days, the reset system is not sending the e-mail.

Idk if it is problem of the old hotmail.com but I am leaving this advice in case you guys could check if something is wrong because other people might be facing the same problem.

I checked spam folders, deleted and all other folders, waited some days and luckily I remembered my password and now it's fine.
